We have started the coaching sessions making a mixed ability group and its going extremely well. We have categorized them into different groups and scheduled them and we coach them during the brake time and they enthusiastically participate in it. And it's also being helpful for us as we can know the ability of the students independently and also track them. The students who are far behind are also being benefited from it as we can personally guide them after knowing where they are. And the starters and plenaries sessions given by Teach First team is really being fruitful nowadays to gain students attention in their studies..
