Today we started our journey towards Jyotidaya Co-operative School in a more formal way. When all other schools and teachers were enjoying their holidays, we were doing our job of goal setting and vision setting. Shishir dai helped us for that.When we were talking about 100 percent SLC results in all the government schools we were teaching as a TFN fellow, we simply have a goal of transforming whole school as we already have 100 percent SLC results. And we are on our way from today. Today along with other teachers as well as principal of Jyotidaya made a vision for Jyotidaya for the next 10 years.
Today we also talked about the problems we may face during our work and many other things concerned with reaching our goal. Then I remembered the day,when Shishir dai was giving us our contract and placement on our final day of training. He told us that those fellows who are placed at Jyotidaya are not on a red carpet, they have something more to do.....And yes, today I felt really there is something more to do here. Here, it doesnot only concerns the 100 percent result but here it concerns the transformation of whole school. So the path is not easy but we are set for the path and also are hopeful about it.
