Peter is trying to do something different in our school. He is also working effectively for the betterment of our school. He observes classes, suggests us and gives us different creative ideas for our betterment. As he is a Social Studies teacher, he is jointly working with our Laxmi miss and teaching the students of grade seven. So he has been using different practical methods to teach the students. Today he talked with our principal and vice-principal whether he could bring a policeman or not in his class. So that he could make a discussion in his class between the students and the policeman about social problems of our country as he was going to teach the topic social problem. When he was asking the permission everyone supported him about his idea. But as soon as he left the room, back biting started that he just wants to do non-sense. This is not possible in Nepalese classroom. This may be good only abroad. My concern is not that whether his idea was non-sense or not? I just felt that Peter had just let down his thoughts on the floor, every one could have rejected it if they did not like it at the same time he told but no one dared to do that in front of him but after he just went outside, back biting started. So what type of attitude that we are growing on ourselves? With these behaviors how can we ask our students to have good habit???
